OPTIONS TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY OF CRISISSITUATIONS MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Experience using the flash floods of the year 2009 and 2010 have shown
the need to streamline the nature and methods of training and education
authorities in crisis management, in particular on the bottom of the articles,
namely in the municipalities. It is especially the speed and accuracy of decisionmaking process and also the speed of the passing of information between
authorities fof crisis management. Although you can use the regular drills and
training of crisis management, but without a suitably structured and secure load
training cannot be significantly increase efficiency. Practice has shown
significantly greater management efficiencies for people and emergency staffs,
which already have flood experience. A possible option is the use of simulation
techniques for solving model situations in various conditions, including the
institutions of crisis management in addressing the consequences of the abuse of
the CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) substances. Article
discusses the possibilities, significance and forms of implementation of computer
assisted exercise with the crisis-in the spirit of the experience of the Centre of
simulation and simulators technology (CSTT) of the armed forces of the Czech
Republic. In conclusion, it points to the advantage of the acquisition of centre of
computer simulated training for crisis management and the components of the
integrated rescue system.
