FOREIGN FIGHTERS IN PERSPECTIVE OF CZECH CRIMINAL LAW

The article focuses on foreign fighters involved in armed conflict abroad (especially in
structure of Islamic state or in eastern Ukraine) from perspectives of criminal law. Authors
analyze norms of Czech Criminal Act and they try to find apt legal norms for sanction this
phenomenon. They concentrate for these crimes: terrorist attack, attendance in organized crime
group, service in foreign armed forces and connections endangered the peace. Authors evaluate
some questions connected with criminal proceedings of these crimes and criminal procedural
law as well.
