RECRUIMENT OF OFFICER (IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT)

Abstract

The Civil Service Act is a legal regulation that should have been incorporated into the legal system of the Czech Republic for many years (as envisaged by the Constitution of the Czech Republic). It is a long-term legal regulation that has been in preparation (since the 1990s), subsequently only valid for a long time (Act No. 218/2002 Coll.), which is effective in application as of July 1, 2015, with an impact on the widest sphere of state administration.
