APPROACHES TO EDUCATION AND PEOPLE PREPARATIONIN AREA OF POPULATION PROTECTION

Abstract

The author solves possibilities of people education and preparation to manage
emergencies. Based on selected incidents, that may affect national security. He describes forms
of lifelong learning, methods for preparing personnel for crisis management and population
self-protection. It proposes to conduct education in the protection and defence of a state in
parallel. In article is describes approaches to prepare persons, didactic learning process,
appropriate educational resources for teaching and learning too. In conclusion, he propose to
establish schools and in facilities educational a separate subject with security theme.
