Abstract

This paper aims to highlight the importance of the so-called crisis legislation to
regulate social (legal) relations taking place in the prevention and resolution of crisis situations
in the Czech Republic, assess its strengths and weaknesses and to stimulate discussion in
professional circles and the general public.
