Abstract

As of 1 July 2015 Government Decree 219/2011. (X. 20.) on the response to majoraccidents involving dangerous substances was amended in line with the relevant SEVESO III
EU Directive and the Act on Disaster Management. The requirements for the content of safety
management systems in Annex III were also amended. In our article we present through a
sample dangerous establishment how such requirements were to be met.
