This work concerns methods of warning and evacuation for hearing impaired people,
their health not permitting the correct evaluation of available information or calling for help,
as well as maps the technological development of communication means that can be used for
the early warning of people with a hearing impairment in the occurrence of an emergency
event, also their subsequent evacuation or the possibility of calling for help.
The work contains the current state of emergency lines designated for people with a
hearing impairment and an overview of software applications focusing on issues related to the
processing of reports and communications between the emergency system and hearingimpaired people.
