Abstract

The contribution to The Science for Population Protection journal presents
information on selected technical solutions for warning and emergency information of hearing
impaired persons within the Unified System of Warning and Notification. In order to define the
term "hearing impaired persons" as it relates to warning and emergency information within the
Unified System of Warning and Notification, the article presents a practical definition of the
term newly elaborated by the authors.
