OPTIMIZATION OF THE DRINKING WATER TRANSPORT ROUTE AT EMERGENCY SUPPLIES TO THE PLACE OF ACCOMMODATION

Abstract

An inseparable part of the civil protection of the population is, besides evacuation, the
solution of the emergency supply of the population too. To ensure the emergency supply
populations of drinking water on incident is it necessary for the crisis management authorities
to pay the utmost attention also to the issues of transport security for the transport of drinking
water to the places where are accommodated evacuated persons or other places of material
outgoing. Part of the evacuation traffic safety solution must be also the optimization of transport
routes. Authors in the article on solution of optimization the drinking water transport route
in the emergency supply of place of material outgoing were used by the Clark-Wright method.
