Abstract

This article summarizes one of the outputs of the author's research activities, which
focuses on the critical infrastructure protection and the possibilities of its development. The text
describes the current situation and circumstances (context) the critical infrastructure protection
in the Czech Republic using SWOT analysis and also proposes specific steps to streamline one
of the problems identified, which is the disunity of the concept of defensive infrastructure and
critical infrastructure.
