Abstract

In the legislative process, defining water planning is important at this time to focus on
the status of implementation of the Directive of the European Parliament and Council Directive
2007/60 / EC on the assessment and management of flood risks in flood protection issues. This
directive requires that all catchment areas in order to achieve good ecological and chemical
status of river basin management plans developer and flood hazard maps and flood risk maps.
This will contribute to mitigating the effects of flooding
