CONTRIBUTION TO USE THE TECHNIQUE OF SPMEIN THE ANALYSIS OF VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDSBY GC/MS METHOD

Abstract

Study of the analysis of volatile organic compounds by using the gas
chromatograph with mass detector was aimed at comparison sorption abilities of
different commercial SPME fibre for organic substances of different properties. In
order to determine trapped share substance converted into a single concentration of
the mixture were used an air mixtures of substances on the exact concentration. The
result was the determination of optimal SPME fibre available for various expertises
carried out by chemical laboratories Fire and Rescue Service and used in
determining the potential burning accelerators in identifying of fire causes.
