Abstract

This paper is focused on research of targets within terror and violent attacks in the
European Union and Russia from 2014 till 2019. The paper follows changes of targets within
mass transportation during this period of time with regard to the perpetrator behind the attack.
The study is based on detailed research of 142 attacks.
