Abstract

The questions of territorial security, or risks, including the critical
infrastructure protection, could be deal with urban planning tasks, as it is revealed
from our experience, from their beginning steps not only in the stage when the
spatial pattern is just planned and fixed in the urban planning documents. The
contemporary situation is such that security tasks and questions are solved and
improved only ex-post e.g. and their importance in the planning processes is
understudied as very low. Although our planning legislation is neglects the critical
infrastructure protection and also the majority of territorial security questions. The
paper is focused of these very important and currently not solved and disseminated
problems.
The paper is based on the research framework named “The Legislation
and Methods Changes for Increasing of Territorial Security” which propose
independent research organization Civitas per Populi with the intent to join the
research and contribute in territorial sustainable development of Czech Republic
on the spread security basement.
