Abstract

The presented study is devoted to the current state of knowledge about the
phenomenon of "crowd science", as presented by relevant studies. In addition to the team of
experts connected to Lancaster University, there are also observations from the environment of
architecture, as well as concepts, fighting fake-news about the size of some specific crowd. Last
but not least, the parallel ways of using the mentioned vocabulary take place here. This is
undoubtedly a concept on the rise, with the assumption of use in the management of crowded
places and large scalle events.
