The article deals with the measuring penetration through nine protective hoods at a flow rate of 140 and 180 l.min-1. Hoods from the Czech company MALINA-SAFETY and hoods from foreign companies 3M, Dräger, MSA-AUER and Sundström were used for the evaluation.
The influence of various hoods, flow rate and tested persons on penetration was discussed and the difference between the Czech and foreign hoods was assessed. The obtained results were statistically evaluated.
