Abstract

The article deals with the issue of preparation of hearing impaired and
the deaf-blind for population protection. It concurs on the similar article, focusing
on preparation of visually impaired individuals (see The Science for Population
Protection 2/2010). The article emphasizes the need of education and preparation
of these population categories for the case of occurrence of any extraordinary
events, eventually crisis situations, it evaluates the current approach of
a responsible authorities to preparation, it divides the individuals with the
mentioned handicap and it also comes to think of the acceptable ways of their
preparation. It results from the author´s experiences with such a preparation.
