DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE PROTECTION OF SOCIATY AND POPULATION PROTECTION

Abstract

In practice, the name used to protect the state and population, and
protecting society. The paper analyzes the terms from the point of view
securitology. It deals with the security reality and the scientific view of the
scenario for the description and the differences between different disciplines in the
approach to research of security realities. Based on the logical interpretation of
the differences between the security of population and the state moves to reflect
differences between the sociaty and people. Explain term of protection in the
security reality. Based on previous explanations are given the differences between
population protection and protection of sociaty, which lies in the differences
between the activation of the integrated rescue system and long-term programs
such as environmental security, sustainable development and protection of critical
infrastructure.
