Abstract

The article deals with application basics of strategic management in the
area of security management. The positions of manager are point out like leading
personality. Authors put the question, whether the manager is strategist or leader?
A reader will find a partial reply to query in the article. In the paper refer to
paradoxes of strategic management with usage opinions of other authors as well
(solving antagonistic applied factors and at the same time is manage). In the end of
the article are foreshadowed positions of managers to hazard.
