The labour describes the problems of the biological agents existence and
their possible abuse in civilian aviation. Due to easy availability and modification
of B-agens, their noteless use and follow-up induction of disease at infected
individuals is one of the most significant group of substances. The second part
contains model situation of the virus Variola (smallpox) extension in the terminal
medium-sized international airport. Depending on the detailed properties of the
virus, transport hub and expansion (the attack) is in two versions - summer and
winter timetable given the expected progress of the virus extension, along with
follow-arrangements.
