RISKS OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT IN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

Abstract

The article discusses some options of the systemic view on the current
understanding of the risks of the crisis management in information and
communication technologies (ICT). Systems modelling and simulation is especially
in view of the new possibilities of systems theory, operations research, artificial
intelligence theory and cybernetics in the new economy in a defined cyberspace
security of modern systematic integrated and intelligent technologies. The article
focuses mainly on one area of information and communication systems in terms of
new approaches to possibilities of risk exploring by modelling of real systems and
to possibilities of the electronic environment management of processed information
and recognized risks of crisis management in this modern field of applied
cybernetics
