The paper describes frequently used terms in the field of dependencies between
infrastructures and continues to mention the issue of their potential assessment. Decomposition
of the linkages is performed in this paper and it outlines the approach to the valuation of
primary factors (dependencies) using time and economically dependent criteria. Identified
primary dependencies serves to describe secondary impacts out within assessment of the
criticality of the infrastructure element.
