HOW TO ASSESS TERITORY VULNERABILITY

Abstract

Vulnerability of the territory is an important factor in assessing the risks in the
territory. The paper draws attention to one of the ways to determine the vulnerability of the
territory. The method is based on the concept of the character of the land / areas in the
territories and their use. It is designed to be accessible mainly to persons who are included in
the system of crisis management at the level of municipalities and municipalities with extended
authorities, and have not completed special training. The method is part of the support for the
concept of lifelong learning in crisis management for public administration and Rescue system
parts.
