Abstract

The paper deals with Public safety answering point (PSAP) in the Slovak republic. In
the paper are identified problems that reflect management and operations of PSAP in the
Slovak republic. The scope of problems follows: development of labor force, organizational
aspects, IT solutions. For these problems are proposed managerial solutions to mitigate their
negative impacts.
