This paper deals with an innovative approach to processing pre-determined fire plans
and their use for rapid and effective interventions and evacuations. Documenting and digitizing
monuments and evacuated artefacts through spherical photography and spatial scanning is a
new tool for improving fire interventions. The paper presents an outline of the use of acquired
data for the creation of virtual surveys and digital documentations of monuments. This new
approach was first used with cultural and sacral objects.
