Abstract

Theoretical and practical questions for a future security reality is
institutionalization of upnational armed forces. Today activities are penetrated of the
international environment. Upnational armed forces in historical development of the
state structures are verify form of armed forces. In this article are descripted a
theoretical problems of process institutionalization of upnational armed forces. What
are correlation of upnational armed forces for population protection and what are
implication.
