The process of the population’s evacuation could cause many problems, such as
medical and hygienic-epidemiological problems. These problems can be linked especially with
individual phases of the evacuation and also with the way of realisation of the evacuation. This
article offers answers to questions like „With what local-time phases is need to be count within
the evacuation?“ and „With what kind of hygienic-epidemiological problems can be linked with
local-time phases?“
