Abstract

Food security means the provision of an adequate quantity of quality food for the
inhabitants of the normal state and in crisis situations.
Essential to achieve long-term food security, the ability to maintain domestic
production, foreign trade and optimizing long-term maintenance of relevant elements of critical
infrastructure.
