In essence, the article deals with the process of categorization and prioritization of
objects necessary for the recovery of electricity supply after a blackout in relation to the
functionality and preparedness of the municipality. In the introduction, the theoretical basis
linked to innovation and the expected contribution of this procedure is briefly described. The
following part of the article describes the procedure itself from the point of view of categories
of necessary objects for the recovery of electricity supplies in the municipality and the set of
criteria for the inclusion of objects for the recovery of electricity supply in the municipality into
priority groups. In conclusion, the article describes the end-user representation and the final
procedure-based recommendation.
