Abstract

Protection population system international armed conflicts will be insured
and provided by civil defence organizations and theirs personnel which shall be
respected and protected, subject to the provisions of Protocol Additional I and they
shall be entitled to perform their civil defence tasks. Main aim of this paper is
according Czech legal conditions to identify opportunities and describe
possibilities of obtaining human resources for population protection personal in
international armed conflicts resp. in state of war.
